We have lived here for a while now and feel satisfied with SevenWest. The location is great and convenient, management is professional and always willing to resolve issues that may arise from time to time. They also have community events which are a bonus.

Just moved in but so far so good! I love my apartment and how much storage there is. I love that it's animal friendly and there is a lot of beautiful nature around! Really enjoying my experience so far and the staff has been great!

This complex is great.but It has its pros and cons like every place.
Amenities are great but the hours you can access them are terrible. Maintenance can take long fixing work orders at times, but maybe they’re understaffed and need more people for the amount of units. Staff is really friendly and will help with just about anything but if you need anything after 5pm good luck.
Apartments are really nice. Stainless steel appliances. Decent counter space depending on your layout. But storage in... all the kitchens is minimal. Depending on what unit you’re in you might deal with alot of car traffic noise. Murray & Scholls is a non stop intersection.
Overall it’s a great complex. Well worth the cost.
