Feels high end yet a place you can make your home. Everyone is kind and the ability to feel like your a part of the neighborhood is easy.

I have lived in 6 different apartments in my life so far, and at almost all of them I have had to deal with egregious noise issues from my neighbors. It was not until I moved to Broadstone Claro that they took my complaints seriously, went above and beyond any measure I had seen before, and actually resolved the issue. Never before, in any of the previous apartments I've lived in, has my noise complaint issue been resolved, which is why I've lived in 6 apartments because I never stay due to the... noise issue and the lack of accountability from the management. When I talked to the property manager in the middle of dealing with this, she said "if my residents aren't happy then I'm not happy", and I can't express how nice that was to hear.
