For the most part everything is fine. Apartment is drafty, cold in winter and warm during summer. But the area is quiet and we've never felt unsafe here. I think we've been here 2 or 3 years, I can't remember.

It's improved since I've been a resident. I been a resident since 2019. There were previous management and owners but once Greystar management took over,not only has me entire property improved but the surrounding community did as well. I like the office staff, maintenance men/women, I like that they offer rewards and host community events and keep up on repairs and amenities.
