Its a great place if you never want to hear from the property manager after signing the lease. But pray you don't have any issues which need fixing because you are on your own. And no one will ever be innthe office or answer calls

Most all residents here are nice and cordial to us. When we've had any problems , talking with the on property management has always seemed to resolved any conflicts.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Ive been very patient with the issues Ive had and Ive set aside a lot of days to have things fixed that havent been. 2 different maintenance guys set up days with me and never showed. When I moved in I couldnt use my kitchen for almost a month because of the moth infestation that persisted despite the fact that the unit that was empty for 2 months before me. Thats absolutely disgusting not to mention very inconvenient. Its been nonstop maintenance... issues since then. I still dont have my place all out back together from the bed bug infestation and Im living out of boxes in my bathroom because people keep trying to fix my vanity and leaving it worse. Then Im told the new one is coming this weekend. Or next week. That was almost 2 months ago. The only person to follow up with me on his work and let me know that he hasnt forgotten about my vanity issue is Al. Hes the only one who seems to realize that this is more than just a work order to me, its my home.
Also, you need cameras. My Amazon package was stolen from my porch this week and the wrapping with my info was chucked by under the stairs. Read More

Recently moved in and I am enjoying it so far. It's very quiet and the apartment has nice plank flooring. Katie and John are nice and do a good job.

When moved in 3yrs ago this place was exactly ask expected from its listing and price. Now that new owners took over (Avenue 5) utilities are no longer free (water sewer garbage) and have to deal with even more rules which some are getting to become ridiculous. Usually maintenance deals with issues in a timely manner unless they don’t have the equipment to do so. However the issues wouldn’t get resolved right away unless you are persistent in bugging them about it cause they would forget to put... in the request for maintenance into their system and or ordering the item needed let alone the right item! I’ve lived in these Apts for 3yrs and everyone ik here (5-6 friends all in different Apts) is leaving because of these issues.
