Here are the top problems: *216 units but less than 216 parking spaces. *No access to the package room outside of business hours, so on weekends and after 6 pm retrieval of your items not available. *Screens PROHIBITED for patio and balcony doors because they make the property look bad. *Random $35 charges for trash added to utilities when we already pay $5 monthly, added to monthly rent charges. When questioned about it, management said we have to call the billing company. *No personal grills... allowed because there is a "community" grill. Too bad it isn't even hooked up. *Cars allowed to park anywhere on property, even in the middle of the roadway - up to 4 deep from the curb. Safety concern for emergency vehicles *Plenty more but just think twice.

Great Staff, Beautiful Apartments
The staff are very responsive and make sure you're taken care of. The apartments are updated and spacious. Salish Flats accommodates for short-term leases and accepts more dog breeds than other apartments. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for an apartment in Airway Heights!

Super friendly office staff!
We had searched for months for a new home that would take our animals as they too are a part of our family. We met Bambi in the office at Salish Flats and she made us feel right at home. They accepted our pets and at a much lower fee than others had asked for and she said, "We want you guys to feel this is your home". The unit is beautiful with wide hallways and gorgeous top name appliances! We are excited to live in this new community and look forward to being a part of something special!
