When I was applying for my apartment and throughout the move in process, office/management staff was great. They responded quickly, answered my questions. Of course they did, because it's all about the money. Get them in, lock them in, and then forget them! That is how I feel. I have emailed management 3 or 4 times now due to the change in property management. Had a legitimate question about my Flex payment for rent...totally blown off. Zero response. And the change to Avenue5 is likely to be... horrible. Avenue5 have an F rating with the BBB, so I expect it to go downhill in a hurry. I love my apartment, but neighbors are rude (dog urinates all over my door mat and all down the walkway on a daily basis...gross!)and upstairs "neighbor" is ridiculously loud on top of crappy management, but can't afford to move again. I, too, have had a car broken into multiple times and a truck stolen from our carport. Management doesn’t care to put in any cameras or lights underneath the carport. Their rent-a-cops do NOTHING to prevent any crime. Nor do the gates do anything to keep the trash people of Spokane out. There are drug addicts and homeless who try to walk into peoples apartments, and through the breezeways.

If they raise the rent I’m moving. I am NOT going to pay more for this treatment/living conditions.

If you want to live here prepare to have your vehicles broken into... I've lived here for 2 years and the break ins have been an issue since I first moved in at least... there have also been reports of some drugged up people just walking into other people's apartments! Nothing really gets taken care of here. They also charge you to have DNA testing done on your dog so that they can charge the people who don't pick up after their dogs and yet there are still alot of people not cleaning up after... their dogs...The only reason I'm still living here is cuz I don't want to move again until it's into a house of my own... which is hopefully very soon... Having lived at Eagle Rock for 3 years, I have found it to be quiet and secure. Private and secure with great access to 1-90.
Great location with beautiful units and a heated driveway to boot!

Eagle rock has been the best complex Ive lived at. I submitted a work order and the next day it was fixed in less than an hour. From the easiest way to submit a work order, to the professional and timely manner it was completed has yet again impressed me. Im proud to call this complex home.
