It’s a terrible place to live. The apartments were rushed to be built and didn’t do a once over to make sure they were done properly. Doors hung incorrectly. Improperly sealed. Air leaks all over causing high heat in the winter and god only know what the summer will bring. We have been here since November and we still don’t have access to all the things we pay for. The gym has barely opened. And it’s month 7 since we have been here. Just do yourself a favor and don’t go here or through black... realty management as a whole!

Amazing Communication
I have been very pleased with how personable and helpful the community manager has been getting me set up in my future apartment. She went out of the way to answer all of my questions and provide quick and helpful responses. I’m excited to move into Carnahan Glen and continue to work with such great management. This was a no stress application process, thanks you!
