The Staff at The Homestead are amazing, Kim. Renee, and Kevin. They are very professional and friendly! The maintenance crew is also great. I have a dog and am very pleased that there are several places you can take your dog around the complex. I am very appreciative that the complex provides bags to pick up after your pet. I feel very safe and can stroll throughout the complex at night. I love the layout of my apartment and I am very comfortable. The rent is reasonable which includes a... washer and dryer. This is my first experience living in an apartment, although it is not my forever home it has been a great experience, better than I would have imagined. With the friendly and helpful staff, free lattes, great surroundings, and feeling safe. I would definitely recommend someone to moving in. Keep up the great work!!

Longevity
I have lived here at the Homestead Apartments for over 9 years. It is a clean and well kept up complex. I have enjoyed the time I’ve lived here. The office and maintenance personnel are great. They are very helpful for their tenants. If you are looking for a family friendly place for your family to live this is a good place.

Beautiful Property!
I very much enjoy driving through the property and seeing all of the organic green spaces. There is a dog park, heated pool, and even a playground with open park space!

My overall experience has been extremely pleasant. The maintenance team are great and respond quickly. The office management is accessible and resolve issues efficiently and with kindness. The neighbors we have are quiet and respectful. I have no complaints about my experience and would recommend this community to my friends.
