To sum it up in one word- ew. I toured Bella Tess Apartments last week and honestly, the second I walked into the office, I wanted to leave. The women in there, who I assume are managers, or at least weren’t the front of house help, were super cliquey and made me feel really uncomfortable. They didn’t even bother to say hi or acknowledge us. When we came back, the girl in the back office was just on her phone, and the other two were just gabbing. The only reason I stayed was because Marlena and... the guy up front were nice. The apartments themselves were fine, but after seeing how the office was run, I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Tried to submit this two weeks ago and it wouldn’t post it on Google. Guess they delete their bad reviews???

Our team often spends time collaborating on resident events, marketing, social media planning, and overall team building.... However, I do understand how important first impressions and optics are, and we will certainly work to ensure that these discussions are paused during tours to create a more welcoming atmosphere for our visitors.
As the manager mentioned, I do spend time on my phone coordinating with upper management and working on future talent recruitment. While this is a critical part of my role, I realize how it may have been perceived during your visit, and I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Great place to live
They have top tier maintenance and a great team in the office. They have always been respectful and quick to respond. The verity of apartment styles and size is great. One thing I do wish they had was a more robust gym.

Parking
Never plan on having guest come. There is nowhere for them to park and if you don't have a parking permit from them, they will have your car towed away. My cost today was $417.00 All I was there for was to babysit my great grandchildren. I have parked in the same area before with no problem, not sure why last night way a tow away time. I tried to call them this morning no one has bothered to return my call.

I am sorry to hear about your recent experience. We emphasize the importance of our residents communicating our parking policies to their guests. These policies are clearly stated in our lease agreement, move-in acknowledgments, and signs... posted throughout the community. While we still require every resident and guest to have a parking pass, we have recently updated our policy to issue overnight warnings before towing. We hope this will reduce such incidents while ensuring resident parking remains a priority.

Top of the Line apartments!
This is an awesome complex. The large pool here is beautiful and well maintained and I had so much fun at the pool this summer! Management (Amanda) and the maintenance staff are very friendly, helpful, and are quick to respond! The leasing staff are always friendly and helpful too! This complex is very community orientated with activities for the residents throughout the year. This week they are having a “Bella Tess Fest” for the residents with a mining theme. They even went the extra mile... and constructed a mine for the event! There will be food, a mechanical bull, games, and a petting zoo! Fun, fun, fun!!!! Last but not least, I feel very safe here which was a primary factor when choosing this apartment. If you’re looking for a great place to live check out this apartment complex before making your decision. You won’t regret it!!
