Moved into a what they call “newly remodeled” place, that has NO lights in the bedroom. NO lights in the living room. I have to turn my flashlight on every single time to see something. There is glue all over the floor from the remodeling that was never cleaned up. There is still blue tape around certain corners from the painting job.

We lived there for three years while our house was being built, and could not wait to get out. This is not a well managed property. The rent went up nearly 25% as soon as the Duportail bridge was finished. Our washer broke down several time, it was out of order for over a week at one point; the office told us to go to a laundromat. The plastic siding blows off the buildings in high wind, very dangerous. Not nearly enough parking. Very strict rules about what you can keep on your porch; don’t... even think about hanging a shirt out to dry, they will leave a note under your door every time. Several times the drains backed up and the guy downstairs came up in a panic because his kitchen sink was overflowing, so we could not run our water,, we felt really bad because he’s a really nice guy and we flooded his kitchen. Riverpointe apartments is a great place we love it here we feel safe and enjoy the very friendly and accommodating staff! Especially the location we would definitely recommend it!

My apartment has flooded four times now because of shoddy contract work done above me, I am really tired of how many times I’ve had to move my belongings and use buckets to try to contain the overwhelming amount of water. For how much I pay every month, this is ridiculous. I wish there was some way my trust could be renewed in this property, but every time I hear construction, I fear the worst will follow.

Overall it’s been a fairly decent place. Everything was really simple and understandable to set up during the application process and move in was really quick.
