I’ve lived here 3 years. They/management do not respond to emails or phone calls. I have been trying to renew my lease for the past 3 weeks and they have not responded to me at all. This will force me to go to month to month which they charge an additional $400 in rent for. This place is also quite expensive especially if you don’t have the updated kitchen (still same price as the updated units).
The maintenance folks are great though. Everyone else seems is rude, unprofessional, and unwilling... to accommodate anyone on anything

yuck
I got robbed in the first month of moving in. I asked the office if this has happened before they said no the cops said it happens all the time. I got no sleep the entire time I lived there because of the dog above me. I complained to the office multiple times nothing was ever done.

The Elliot at Mukilteo
The Elliot is quiet, secluded, peaceful, and in an amazing school district. The people are friendly and the units offer convenience, cleanliness, and the feeling of home. I just signed a new lease! I love it here!!!!!!
