Recently moved in, place is as advertised. Great floor plans, beautiful property and the maintenance are super helpful and on top of things. Brandon has gone above and beyond. They got a good one here. Staying for the long haul.

Property is clean, floor plans are fantastic. Community is quiet and all so nice. But our favorite part is the maintenance team! Can’t stay enough about a team (mainly Brandon) who gets stuff done

If there anything under Zero ....I will give it as a ranking for this business "Pinnacle Sonata " .
Pinnacle Sonata apartment in Bothell, WA is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!!
Their apartment smell very bad ...It smells like an animal Poo . They don't care about customer satisfaction. The management is so rude over there ! They treat you like you beg money from them .Not as a customer they should satisfy.
Not only they refuse to do what they are supposed to do to... keep their apartments clean ,But also they will accuse you that you are the reason for the problem as the customer !! That is really bad customer service....I am so sad!
I am really disappointed from this community and discourage anyone to go there and live in their nasty and smelly apartments!

As a recent retiree I was looking for a nice, quiet community where I could feel safe and comfortable. I have found that here and the location as well as the amenities are a welcomed bonus
My particular apartment also provides me with an awesome daily view of a spectacular sunset over the horizon weather permitting but even a cloudy day looks beautiful from my vantage point.
The rooms are spacious and a fireplace adds to the appeal.
