HORRIBLE
Do not waste your time on this place. Worst customer service of my life, they barely respond to their emails and do not support you in anyway. Unless you consider keeping $500 of your own money away from you after moving out a month and a half ago.

Great place to call home
I have lived at Beaumont for almost a year now. Our apartment is bright and spacious. We are in a perfect location, close to shopping and restaurants. My dogs really enjoy the dog park! Our neighbors have been great! The office and maintenance staff have always been helpful and kind. I highly recommend moving to Beaumont.

$300 rent increase and horrible property manager: (:(
Horrible! After living there for my rent was raised for no real explainable reason. The property manager treated me and my kids very very poorly and has little social skills or management skills. The maintenance staff it's also very rude and smells of smoke or take on a very condescending attitude. For all the single parents out there, please stay away from this place! :( The property manager even yelled at my seven-year-old girl and made her cry..... Seriously no social skills or ability to... relate to kids or tenants. $300

Convenient, Affordable and Friendly
My wife and I have lived at Beaumont for 5 years and plan to stay for several more. We enjoy the friendly staff and neighbors. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are all within a short walk. A residents only dog park sits next to the building and the amenities are top notch. I highly recommend Beaumont to anyone who asks.
