It would be very helpful to remove the $25 parking fee for assigned parking. Seems that is a waste of money. I would rather pay $25 towards valet trash pick up. In addition, when a resident renews their lease, we should receive a discount on rent for continuing to reside in Trio Pointe community or keeping the rent the same cost as it was at day one of move in. Lastly, I feel “landscapers” should actually landscape and enhance the appearance of grass, trees and plants in the community. The... current landscaper company butchers the grass leaving more mud than grass with their tractor type mowers and chopping down bushes that are never able to grow attractively. I recommend hiring a different landscape company that takes care of grass , trees, and bushes. This property needs grass replacement in all areas and instead of mulch, put thick grass.

Great location. Great amenities. Good neighborhood and neighbors. Quiet. Well maintained. 90% of what I need is in 5 mile radius. Close to grocery stores and Walmart.

So far my spouse and I have been living here for just over a month and I can say the staff has been very helpful, the maintenance team attentive, and the grounds and kept clean and well maintained. Look forward to living here for some time to come!!

The community is beautiful, well kept, and always feels safe. Maintenance is timely and responsive, we've never had to be concerned about the occasional issue being addressed. The main office staff are likewise responsive, helpful, and kind. We appreciate living here and being able to be apart of this community.
