Trio Pointe is a great community to live. The apartments are clean and updated. The location is fantastic. It's in a quiet spot. Camas is a great town. It's clean, safe, bike friendly, has beautiful parks, lakes, and hiking spots. Trio Pointe is near the Columbia River Gorge to adventure for some of the most beautiful and epic hikes and other fun activities. Trio Pointe has amenities that other communities don't have. It has a pool, hot tub, package hub, gym, and a/c units. The staff is very... friendly too. I would definitely recommend this place.

The community is so bright, we love it here! They clearly do a lot to keep it beautiful. Maintenance is on top of upkeep and very friendly and efficient. Also management is very helpful and friendly. We love the focus on community engagement.

Trio Pointe has high-quality apartments and amenities, but what sets it apart is the staff and management! They go the extra mile when necessary. However, their attention to detail and commitment to the residents makes having to go the extra mile a rarity.
