Very friendly and safe community. Lots of fun events to get to know everyone, staff is so kind and always quick to be helpful. Great place to feel comfortable if you have small kids or just looking for a quiet friendly atmosphere.

I can’t charge my electric car here and the visitor parking is no existent because the people who live here and have 2 cars use the visitor spots. Consequently my friends and visiting family have nowhere to park.

Thank you for the review and feedback, we have had some requests from residents regarding this and have been working on a way to introduce EV charges to the community. There are options in the neighborhood for super charges and have been...
working with neighboring communities to get access to level 2 chargers. We continue to monitor the parking lots to ensure that residents and their guests are able to use the lot and understand the constraints the lot has. Beautiful apartment buildings. I love the inside. The kitchen is nice and big. The management team and maintenance is great.

The patio could be a bit bigger, and storage space would be nice. The problem with people not picking up after their dogs is a huge problem. And there should be a breed and weight limit! There are a lot of big breeds that live here that are generally banned from apartment living. And the parking is awful.
