Gabby and her amazing team are so helpful. I enjoy how friendly they are. The residents are kind and engaging. The gym is great and noise here is limited.

I had a wonderful living experience here! The apartment is exceptionally nice, clean, and well-maintained. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and conveniently close to local shops and public transit. The management and maintenance team were always prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy home!

When I moved up from California, my plan was to rent an apartment, learn the area, then buy a house. Well… that was 4 or 5 years ago. I’ve been at the Oliveen ever since, & it’s not because management put an outside lock on my apartment door. ??
The truth is that I absolutely love living here. The staff is wonderful, responsive, & genuinely cares about both the residents & the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained year-round, the buildings are high quality, & the location couldn’t be... better.
The neighborhood is safe, quiet, & clean, & you’re right down the road from one of the most charming little downtown areas you’ll find anywhere in the area.
Somewhere along the way, I completely forgot about house hunting. What started as a temporary stop turned into home.
That’s probably the highest compliment I can give. If I had to do it all over again, I’d choose this place without hesitation.
Just don’t blame me if you move in & end up staying a lot longer than you planned. ??????
