So far everything has been pretty great! Neighbors are friendly, staff is attentive & I always see maintenance workers around working hard! The building is very safe as well & the apartments are in a great location with lots of food options around. Public transportation isn’t too far either ??

My intent was to move in to the Oliveen while getting acclimated to the area so that I could buy a house. Instead, I've been living in this apartment for three years because it's just that great.
Management is parallel to none; they're so attentive, responsive, genuinely concerned for the well-being of their residents; the grounds impeccable. All of the amenities and finishes are 5-star. It's so convenient having a trash/recycle room on each floor! The rec room has conference capabilities, a... pool table and giant television; it's wonderful seeing events take place there!
Everything you need relating to shopping, dental, medical facilities, restaurants is right here. Costco is practically next door. You're 6 minutes away from downtown Camas area and some of the apartments (like mine??) even have views of Mt. Hood.
I absolutely love it here and have no desire to leave anytime soon… Much gratitude to the staff here!
