Excellent location for our purpose. You have great access with easy access to highway. The complex is erected in such a way that all buildings have great views from all directions.

We’ve had a mostly positive experience at the Oliveen for the last year. Things we appreciate most are:

1) The dedication to keeping the grounds and facilities looking nice. Unfortunately, some tenants have abused certain aspects and management seems proactive about heading these situations off.

2) The maintenance team is very friendly and responsive about fixing any issues that pop up. They also ensure the trash/recycle areas are kept up to an acceptable standard of order and cleanliness....


3) The amenities are nice to have, especially the community room which allows a way to temporarily flex the limited space we have in the unit.

Areas for improvement:

1) The hallway entry doors from the street have been a constant disruption. Our unit is nearby and will actually cavitate every time someone enters or exits.
2) Sound isolation is very poor. I’ve had several conversations with an upstairs neighbor about the noise that is apparently made through normal walking but is very loud.

We have enjoyed it, nice little apartment and everyone is respectful and nice. I really like that there are a lot of parking spaces, it makes you come home stress free knowing that there will be a space available when you get home.
