Absolutely LOVE living here! The Waterford at Rocketts Landing feels like a resort — the views, the pool, and the overall vibe are unmatched in Richmond. Home for 3 Years!
I’ve lived here since the building first opened, and I truly can’t imagine calling anywhere else home. The entire team—from the office staff to maintenance, cleaning, and security—consistently goes above and beyond. I’ve experienced both one- and two-bedroom layouts, and each has offered beautiful views of the James, generous closet space, and modern, up-to-date appliances. If you’re considering this community, I highly recommend it—easily a 10/10 experience.

Comfortable and Convenient
Since moving to Richmond living at The Waterford has been a great experience. The property is kept clean and maintenance requests are handled fairly quickly. The views all around are amazing, James River right at your doorstep. It’s also in a really convenient location GRTC is around the corner for those who don't drive and great food right across from us as well. Definitely a comfortable place to live.

Great Location!
We have loved living at the Waterford! The river is right outside our door. We love the location- feels suburban but so close to the city. We love the green space, the nice gym, the pool, the views!

Perfect home
It is truly a great experience living here. My husband and I adore this place - our first home. It has become our safe bubble. We cannot thank the waterford team enough for making our experience so wonderful by providing us with high quality service and care. The management team is always working to constantly better the place and help us 24/7. They host social gatherings regularly. It is located in a perfect spot, easy to get around to the city or go on a nature walk. You get to see the... sunrise and sunset everyday. I love the gym and the above ground pool. They also have a spacious conference room. And the clubroom is great for hosting gatherings with your friends. It is a great place for anyone looking for a perfect new home.
