What an experience. As someone who's never been to Richmond and relocating for work, I had specific boxes i need checked for me to consider someplace home. Based on my needs Rocketts Landing was recommended and it did not disappoint. Emmett was AWESOME in navigating me through this journey. Not only was the move-in experience fabulous but so has been the living experience. It's clean, modern,and an easy commute to everything you would need. East 51 is a great place to live at. The area is nice and clean. I’ve met some nice people and would love to attend one of the community events. Maintenance comes on time and speaking to eh managers is easy.

I am new to the Richmond area. I met a friend for dinner at The Boat House and fell in love with the area. The East 51 apartments is in walking distance. I like that the community has secured entrances and covered parking. The community seems to be nice and quiet for the most part. There is a railroad right across the street, but it doesn't really bother me..
