Living at Faraday Park has been a wonderful experience, and a big part of that is thanks to the incredible team here. When we were still searching for a quiet and pet-friendly residency from abroad back in Dubai, Joanelly was a true lifesaver. Patiently answered all our questions, took our calls whenever we needed, and guided us through the booking process with such kindness. From the very beginning, she made us feel at ease, which gave us so much confidence in making the move.
Every time we... enter or leave the building, all of them greet us with genuine warmth, attentiveness, and a smile that makes the place feel like home. Vincent has a sixth sense for tracking down missing deliveries or items that might have ended up in another building.
Joanelly brings more than just professionalism. Our conversations often open up into thoughtful discussions about career and business, and it’s clear she cares deeply about residents not just as tenants, but as people.

We rented this apartment sight unseen, just online, and when we arrived, it was even better than the pictures! The staff, especially Shane, are amazing and very helpful. The community is wonderful, and the amenities are brand new. We are very happy with our choice!
