Overall, this is a great apartment community. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and the amenities are a big plus. The only downside has been ongoing noise from a tenant living above us, which can be disruptive at times. Aside from that issue, it’s been a very positive living experience.

As someone who tends to be away a lot on business, I appreciate the added comfort of good security for my vehicle and access to floors. While maintenance at other facilities for security and elevators is often hit or miss, I've not seen any malfunctions during my tenure. One area of improvement would potentially be frequency of trash and recycling collection or directions to residents when the chutes are either full or malfunctioning.

Faraday has truly been an amazing place to live! The staff are not only effective and professional but also incredibly kind and attentive to every detail. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable, supported, and valued. Every interaction feels genuine, and their commitment to maintaining a welcoming and well-managed environment really makes a difference. Living here feels like being part of a community, not just a building—they make you feel right at home!
