The elevator breaks down constantly, which is incredibly inconvenient with long wait time. The repair takes too long. The coffee machine is is unreliable and low quality. It doesn't live up to what you'd expect from a place that advertises modern amenities.

The Stratis app for the elevators don't work on the garage elevators-totally inconvenient and frustrating.
