Packing everything back up every 3 months for pest control is the only downfall other than that everything is great maintenance is responsive could use more parking spaces for larger families.

I highly do not recommend living at this apartment complex. From day one, it has been nothing but issues. The trash situation is absolutely horrendous – it’s always piled up and creates a filthy environment. The noise levels are unbearable as well, with kids constantly running through the hallways, making it impossible to relax or sleep peacefully. On top of that, there’s a major pest problem. When we first moved in, there were mice in our apartment, and it seems like pest control doesn’t take... it seriously. It’s been a frustrating experience from the start, and I honestly wouldn’t suggest anyone move here.

The Office staff was very friendly. I worked with Socorra she has a great personality, incredibly professional throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel confident about my decision.

No AC fix for 8 months.
Terrible Parking.
Dumpster overflows and stinks.
No maintenance on lights or bathrooms for months.
Loud neighbors.
Terrible Leasing office.
Did not give discount at the beginning.
Towed cars not meant to be taken away.
Terrible customer service.
Roaches and bugs everywhere, did not take any action.
Half of outlets don't work.
