Has bedbug, roches and mouse, no air conditioner and to put one at your house you pay $75 a month, water and sewer is close to $90 a month, not enough parking, bad customer service at the office, they make you sing 15 month of lease, even if your lease is up you have to give two month notice to move out if not you pay 3 to 4 months of rent. It’s just such bad place to live. Don’t do it!!!

Hi, I would like to try this out I hope I have a chance. I'm living with my sister in an apartment we rent a room pay 700 $ monthly it's hard for us because she is the only one working , I recently widowed and have no job . The apartment is having bugs, mice , no heat but we are thankful to have a shelter .
