I love the size of the Apartment their maintenance here they work very wonderful and the pool is very nicely kept. the park and the yards wonderfully kept, I love my Apartment and my Neighbors. I like walking in my Neighborhoods people over here is very friendly Beautiful Homes around here. I will try you if you are looking for a very nice place to stay Mayfair House Apartments is the place to be. I been here for 5 years and I thank God for being right here.Wonderful Staff in the front... Office very Professional and Friendly. Nice Washes and Dryers, and their is Laundry mat 5 mins away and stores in walking distance. Thank you so much for every they do come see for yourself. i hope you Love Living here to.

Bed bug apartments
BED BUGS If I could give these apartments 0 stars I would. My expecting girlfriend and I decided to move into these apartments because we THOUGH they were really clean and well maintained apartments. Man were we wrong. Approximately 3 weeks in the apartments my girlfriend started noticing bites on her body. We didn't think much of it until she kept getting bit every night so I started searching for small insects around the apartment and ended up finding bed bugs. I ended up finding dead and... live bed bugs on the carpet. I called the office and told them the problem the manager told me that I couldn't pin point where they came from as if in other words that I was the one who brought them in. I nor my girlfriend have ever dealt with these pests ion our life so I sent My girlfriend immediately went to the office the following business day and showed the staff her bites and the bag that I had put the bed bugs in and there reaction was plain, and with no urgency. It took them 4 days later after the situation was addressed for an exterminator came out and fumigated the place. On top of that they didn't replace the carpet that was infested because they felt it wasn't necessary. We had just moved in to these apartments and I had to repack everything again for them to exterminate. My girlfriend and I were sleeping in our living room with tons of bags around us and not knowing where our clothes were and losing a lot of sleep because we didn't know if we were going to get bit or not. And even after the fumigation we ended up finding 3 more bedbugs. I found out that the people below me had the same problem as well. My friend that left these apartments also had the same problem. I guess the property manager doesn't care as long as people keep renting.I had to force them to break my lease and leave immediately. I had to throw my furniture away, and waste more money for new furniture and renting a uhaul again. On top of that they didn't want to reimburse me for the nightmare I went through. Remember my girlfriend is pregnant and we had just moved in. We immediately had to find somewhere to live in do to this unexpected situation. I wouldn't recommend these apartments at all. Remember people don't judge a book by its cover.
