The main good part of the apartment is the maintenance team. Once they got notice they respond fast and professionally. The leasing office does not good much responding to our complaint, to mention a few, we are experiencing smoke (cigarret and alike) smell especially in the parking garage. The trash room has big smell which make difficult to use P1 specially Sunday and Monday.

I have been living at Union on Queen for more than a year now, and my experience has been very positive. I really like the community and the overall environment. The building is well maintained, the management team is responsive, and the location is very convenient.
I also appreciate how comfortable and safe the community feels. The staff have always been helpful whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Overall, it has been a great place to live, and I’m happy to be part of the community... .

I’m an international student and chose this place without seeing it in person. It looks exactly like the photos and videos, super clean and in great condition. I was a bit worried it might be dirty, but it’s actually very neat and comfortable. The building feels safe and the staff responds really quickly. Totally happy with my choice!
