THIEF ALERT!!!! -I’ve had apartment broken into three times. There are no cameras in the hallways or outside, no front desk, so anyone from outside can walk around open door. I filed a police report and asked to move to a higher floor for safety, management refused and acted like it wasn’t a big deal.
-I requested an extra lock for my door. They said they will install it , it’s been 2 weeks and nothing. No urgency, no concern. This place feels completely unsafe, especially if you have kid or... old elderly at home, IT IS NOT SAFE.
-The walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything around and upstair: people talking, walking, doors, even appliances at night. For a “luxury” building, the sound insulation is terrible, GOOD LUCK SLEEPING AT NIGHT.
-Appliances are cheap and barely work. The 2-in-1 washer/dryer is awful, your clothes will come out looking like crap, and the dishwasher is just as bad, can barely clean.
-Fire alarms go off constantly for no reason, mid night, afternoon, morning.
-Worst part: my car got towed during my first week living here from the parking spot I PAY for because my tag expired by one day. Completely excessive.
-The leasing staff is rude and unhelpful, especially Raquel, who consistently comes across as dismissive and condescending. Toriano is the only one actually worth talking to.
-The only saving grace is the maintenance team peoples are nice and respectful.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Bad soundproofing
I truly love the apartment itself — the layout, the amenities, and the overall feel — but unfortunately, the lack of soundproofing has created significant discomfort. One of the biggest issues is the constant disruption from loud, bass-heavy music coming from the unit above or next to me, especially on weekends. On those days, I’m subjected to up to six hours of music that shakes the entire unit, creating an overwhelming sense of unease and making it nearly impossible to relax on weekends. When... I raised this concern with the leasing office, they claim it’s not an issue during non-quiet hours, which left me feeling ignored.
It doesn’t stop there. I’ve also been frequently disturbed by heavy footsteps and equipment being moved around, often during the evenings and early mornings. The constant noise, especially at hours when I expect to be able to rest, makes it very difficult to find peace in my own home. To make matters worse, the washer in the unit generates a loud noise, and the unit above me sometimes uses it during late-night or early-morning hours, which are supposed to be quiet hours, making the noise even more disruptive and preventing me from sleeping or waking me up repeatedly. This ongoing noise is not only frustrating but also adds unnecessary stress to my living situation.
I really wanted to enjoy my time here, but the noise has been a consistent issue. My complaints have either been ignored or dismissed as 'normal life sounds,' which is both disappointing and frustrating. Now, my mental health is suffering, and I’m relying on supplement to get the rest I need. If you’re considering moving in, be prepared for a living experience where the lack of soundproofing and management’s disregard for your concerns may significantly impact your comfort and peace of mind. The noise here is more than just an inconvenience; it’s a source of ongoing discomfort that has made it difficult to truly feel at home.

Noisy, Not Safe, Reeks of Trash
I work from home one day a week. Music starts blasting at 9AM from some apartment above without fail. The office refuses to do anything about it but to give context it’s like the music is cranked up to 11 in my own apartment.
Every weekend late at night there are random people hanging around outside or in the lobby trying to get upstairs. It’s not safe. The management codes our fobs to the floor we live on and they make it so we only have access to one elevator. They even lock the stairwell so... paying residents can’t access them. So I’ve found myself stuck with these kids who obviously don’t live here and they wait in the elevator until someone with a fob comes so they can sneak upstairs. Since management locks all of us legitimate residents out of the various other entry points to our apartments I’m forced to basically lead these strange men to my exact apartment. There used to be a guard who would sit in the mezzanine with his earbuds in but I haven’t seen him for months.
The garage door leading to my floor has been broken for as long as I can remember meaning unauthorized people can enter that way.
People leave trash in front of their door or in front of the door to the trash room. I’ll see it when I leave out in the morning and it’s there when I return in the evening. Aesthetically, it’s a nice building but it’s not managed appropriately. Oh and the amenities are mainly for show during tours. The fitness center is the only place that is actually open.
