Love The View

Exceptional Service

I had the pleasure of speaking with Frank over the phone while gathering information about renting an apartment at The View. He did an outstanding job answering all of my questions, but I was even more impressed when I met him in person.

Frank is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and has a wonderful sense of humor. He knows the property and surrounding area extremely well and took the time to explain the amenities and local offerings in a way that was both informative and welcoming... .

What stood out most was how comfortable and valued he made me feel. From our first phone conversation to my visit, Frank made me feel right at home. In fact, I would almost move in just for the opportunity to talk with him regularly!

The View is fortunate to have someone like Frank representing the community. He provides exceptional customer service and creates a genuinely positive experience for prospective residents.

Best Apt in Ballston

If you are looking for an affordable apartment with all the bells and whistles of an expensive pad, this is exactly what you are looking for. Not only does this apartment have amazing views, great layouts, and access to the best coffee (shout out Isa), the management team here is amazing. They are incredible and care about you as a member of the building. The staff at the front desk and the maintenance crew are equally as kind and helpful which is hard to come by. If you want to live in a great... part of Arlington, do not overlook this place.
