A lot happened what I was here, and I'll keep it to 3 specific things:
- When I moved in they were repaving the parking lot. I wasn't told about this until after I signed my lease and wasn't able to move in. They asked if I could come back tomorrow when it should hopefully be dry. After a lot of back and forth, they let my father and I stay in the show room apartment for two days, which didn't have a working shower.
- After the snow storm, they barely did any plowing and kept sending everyone... that they aren't responsible for maintaining the parking lots. People started shoveling spots and putting furniture in them to mark their territory. Emails were sent that nobody can do this, and they said maintenance would remove it, but they never did. Then one morning I discovered one of my tires was slashed because of a parking spot. This is a hostile and unsafe place to live, management did nothing.
- Once it warmed up, I discovered my AC wasn't working. Once they finally came to check on it, they determined the unit needed to be replaced. After several days, I came home to a note on my door they replaced it and there was some flooding. I walked in to find 3 industrial blowers going, pulled up carpet, and my furniture all moved around. It was in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom. I wasn't called or emailed this had happened. The next day, I called the emergency maintenance number several times and nobody answered. Then I tried to find an email to send to them but that was not possible, the only way to contact them in a written form is through the websites contact portal. A few hours after that, someone replied basically saying someone would contact me "soon". Eventually the maintenance guy called me back and I asked what had happened, what's the plan? He didn't know, said they would be there Monday. Now it's Monday, I went to the office when it opened and asked for the manager, who isn't going to be in until noon or something, and was told basically nothing.
They will dismiss your concerns. They won't talk to you or try to address any issues. Don't live here. It's the worst places I've ever been.

Great Living In Henley
I've been living at Henley in Kingstowne since 2007, and its home to me. During the course of my 14 years living in the property, I've lived in four different units, and in each one of them the experience was very pleasant. The various floor plans each have something unique to offer. The parking lot is spacious, the surrounding forest adds beauty to the general vicinity, the property is always clean, and a convenient Amazon Hub Locker is provided. There is also a playground, pool, and gym for... the convenience of the residents. The Henley management is highly professional, and its team members very diligent and accommodating. Maintenance, when needed, is also provided in a timely manner. I commend the Henley management for maintaining the property the way they have, and recommend anyone who is looking for pleasant place to live to visit Henley. Poor Leasing Office
Had an appointment for a tour. Showed up 10 min early and agent came to the door and told me to come back in 10 minutes after asking who I was 3 times (also took him a few minutes to even get to the door). Additionally, their steps up to the building were completely covered in snow and ice, conveying a sense that there is little property upkeep or care for safety. This is a hard pass.

Worst place to live - look at other places if you move to Henley you will regret it
Worst apartment complex. This place has the worst maintains and management team. Last summer I had issues with my AC and it took them 4 months to fix it. The apartment had leaking problems every time it rain and their fix was to give me a recycling bin to put under the leak. When they finally send someone to fix it after 2 weeks all they did was paint over the water stains on the ceiling. To make things worst my car was stolen and when I called the office they acted like it was nothing. ... They also cancelled my electric instead of the apartment next door. This is just a small list of things that is wrong with this place. Look for other places before is too late.

They towed my car
I am a newer resident at this complex and the leasing office failed to tell me that there are specific spots that some residents pay to reserve and that other residents who park in those reserved spots, will get towed. Once I found out my car was towed, there wasn't a number listed anywhere for me to call, I had to go to the leasing office and ask them myself what had happened. They gave me a phone number and it wasn't even for the right towing place. They did not make it clear to new residents... that those spots are reserved and their car would be towed. I definitely regret becoming a resident at this place and would not recommend it to others.
