I am not apart of the apartment complex but I have seen numerous EMS and rescue calls for the elevator. There have been atleast 5 this week. 2 of them have been today!! It wastes resources and clearly the apartments don’t care about the safety of their residence and enjoy wasting the fire departments resources. This building is neglectful and doesn’t fix things. For that price!!

I've been a resident here for 2+ years and enjoy my apartment home. Quality and Craftsmanship best describes the apartments.
In addition to the residence, the staff of Ashlee, Nakita and Maria, are: professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of not only their product, but neigboring Developments.

We moved here in April 2021 and absolutely love everything about it. The location is very convenient to Ft. Meade base, grocery stores and route 32 & 295. The apartment is beautiful with high end appliances and extra touches. We very much appreciate and enjoy the many amenities. There are plenty of areas to enjoy walking my dog and I always feel safe doing so. Our leasing consultant Garran was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very patient because we kind of drove him crazy... wanting to enter our chosen unit several times prior to move in. We had to measure and re-measure because we were downsizing and had to make sure our furniture fit. We don’t hear our neighbors and find living here very serene. The layout of our unit is perfect for us and we are so happy to call The Shirley’s our brand new home.
