The leasing office has been terrible and never gets back to me. My lease was broken multiple times and I never received the referral bonus I was promised. It took 7 months to get a gift card I was supposed to get after 2 months. Leasing staff does not call or email back. They are now trying to raise my rent for my upcoming renewal. Not impressed.

It’s been a great 2 years here. I am going to miss it. I loved feeling safe and it’s a great environment for families and dogs. I loved wine night and the peaceful atmosphere.

We’ve been here 6 months and really enjoy living here! One of our favorite features is the floor to ceiling windows. The concierges do an awesome job and are so helpful! We also love being able to walk out to lots of local restaurants within a block or two, and it’s so convenient being near 95 and the metro.

There are many great aspects of living at Easton. The exercise area and recreation areas are fabulous and well-maintained. What they are lacking at Easton is compensated for by access to the recreation area next door at Dylan which has billiards and table tennis. The view of the masonic temple out of one side of the building is fabulous. If a person is sensitive to sounds, they may not like the proximity to the train lines and issues related to vents constantly running in the kitchen and... bathrooms.
