Overall dissatisfied. My neighbors are rude and hit the ceiling with a broom if I make any noise during the day I reported it to the office and nothing. People smoke on their patios. The security doors don’t work so anyone can walk into the building, the office has known for almost 3 months and have done nothing. It’s dirty and smells like garbage. I have noticed the cleaners trying to clean more but do it poorly and the smell of garbage in the halls is so overwhelming

We’ve lived here for 7-8 years and have seen a lot of changes come and go. I think how it’s set up now with the cleaning crew is amazing! They do a great job! Also having key fobs from the trash room to parking garage is nice as well. Before you had to walk around & get BLASTED by the wind.

Great experience overall. The common areas should be cleaned on a more regular basis, like the hallways and the trash cans by the parking lot entrance. Some pet owners leave their pets waste in the hallways.
