Managers have been helpful, only a few issues concerning other residents but its expected living in an apartment complex. Maintaining the complex could be better but still not bad.

Have had a great time living here! Very easy. Move in was fast and has a big gym. A great place to live if you are by yourself, I love my studio!

Great community activities, leasing office is very helpful and they do take all your concern seriously. Very transparent with the rent price and what is being charged monthly. Safe and nice environment to live in.

I absolutely love everything about NOVI! The staff is exceptional; they go above and beyond to keep residents informed about everything happening at the apartments, from community events to maintenance updates. Their attentiveness makes a huge difference in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the entire property stands out—everything is well-maintained and always spotless, which adds to the overall comfort and enjoyment of living here. It's truly a fantastic place... to call home!

I’ve lived in other apartments complex but Novi apartments is the best that I’ve live and all the amenities that offer is the best. My kids love the pool in the summer and twice a month they organized fun community events.
