I absolutely LOVE NOVI!! All the staff I have had Interaction with have been amazing, especially Able. They were so helpful with the application process, explaining everything, and making the application and move in process a breeze. I would 100% recommend moving to this nice, quiet, beautiful community!

Lots of crime!I have been extremely patient with Novi and the staff but it had gotten to a point of absolute chaos!Stolen items from our vechicle, a hit and run with extremely bad damage on my vechicle, stolen packages, and extremely rude neighbors!Novi can’t do a thing about any of this they do not care and have absolutely no cameras so if something gets stolen lost car damage anything then you are out of luck!I was told to complain constantly about the neighbors to build a paper trail I did... for months and still nothing has changed they can’t do a single thing!No security or safety in this place and not safe for children my kids have been right next to me and we have been nearly hit multiple times from people speeding incredibly fast in garage!This place is for people who don’t care about rules and are fine living in filth and having crime around!Do not come if you want a safe clean family friendly place!If you want complete freedom then come if you want security then don’t!
