Friendly Staff and Promising Community!
Drove by out of curiosity and ended up stopping for a quick tour. The staff was awesome! Even though the property’s still being built, it already feels like it’s going to be a great place to live.

An amazing place to live
I recently visited Viviano in Saratoga Springs. The homes are beautiful, modern, with excellent layouts and luxurious finishes. The open and welcoming atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff's attention is exceptional, and I had a pleasant and professional experience.

Great homes
This is a new property and the homes are beautiful. The property is close to shopping and restaurants. The staff treated me great and made me feel welcomed. Definitely worth checking out.
