So far it’s been a great experience living here. Everything is brand new and nice, we have a great view and the parking in the building is wonderful. Our home has come together well and we look forward to coming home to our lovely home more and more everyday.

Its great to be the first person in a unit and have brand new stuff like a stove/oven, shower head, and better yet a storage closet on the patio. I haven't been at any unit in UT that had storage on the patio. Its helps declutter my apt

Unresponsive Management--Do not rent here
I had an extremely frustrating experience with The Focal Apartments. When I applied, I was told there would be EV chargers available, which was a key reason for choosing this complex. As my move-in date approached, the chargers still hadn’t been installed. Since this was a major factor in my decision, I had to back out of the lease.
The move-in consultant assured me that I would receive a refund for my $50 application fee and $250 administrative fee since this situation was not my fault. It has... now been seven weeks, and I have yet to receive my money back. Every time I follow up, I’m met with unhelpful responses—I’ve been told there is no number I can call and no person I can speak with to escalate this issue.
The lack of responsiveness from management is unacceptable. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I can only imagine how poorly they handle actual residents’ concerns. Avoid renting here—unreliable promises, unresponsive management, and terrible customer service.
