I haven't been here a yr yet but, have noticed the garage parking in my building is horrible. Im not sure why its opened to the public and has no secure entry. Its wide open to anyone any everyone who wants to park there. People are parking in the handicap spots without proper decals, people who pay the cheap rate (not garage) park there. It leaves those of us who pay for a spot to park in a different garage not in our building. It seems they are more worried about the cracks in the garage... foundation then they are giving us assigned parking and figuring out the parking situation. We cant even call a tow company as no one knows whos vehicle belongs to a tennant and whos does not.

I have really enjoyed my experience at the Focal. My dog and I feel very welcomed and the community seems great. Noise from the apartments doesn’t really travel so that’s nice! The management is friendly and available to answer questions.

So far it’s been a great experience living here. Everything is brand new and nice, we have a great view and the parking in the building is wonderful. Our home has come together well and we look forward to coming home to our lovely home more and more everyday.
