Great place to live - with amazing professional Staff!


6 Years and Still Loving It at Essex!
I have called Essex my home for over six years now, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible experience. If you’re looking for a place that perfectly balances a vibrant downtown lifestyle with top-tier management, look no further.
The Perfect Location
You truly cannot beat this spot. Being in the heart of downtown means everything is at your doorstep. Within a short walk, I have access to:
• Grocery Heaven: Trader Joe’s, Smiths, and Whole Foods are...
all right there.
• Commuter’s Dream: The train station is just a stone's throw away, making travel a breeze.
World-Class Maintenance
The maintenance team is the backbone of this building. Led by Raul and assisted by Robert, they provide 24/7 support that is genuinely unmatched. No matter the hour, they show up with a great attitude and get the job done right the first time. It provides such peace of mind knowing the building is in such capable hands.
Professional & Friendly Management
The leasing office is just as impressive. Janessa V. leads a fantastic team, and Georgina is always incredibly helpful and welcoming. They make the administrative side of living here seamless and always treat residents with genuine care.
Modern Living & Community
The building itself is newly renovated and kept impeccably clean. The vibe here is fantastic—most of my neighbors are either working professionals or students from the U, which makes for a respectful and quiet atmosphere.
Some of my favorite perks include:
• A fully-equipped free gym (saves me a membership!).
• A beautiful clubhouse and BBQ areas perfect for summer.
• Frequent resident events throughout the year that make the community feel like a family.
