Amazing community

It has good trash valet service and the location is just perfect with indian store and smiths nearby for all grocery needs

I really like living at the Essex. This is the only place I’ve lived in SLC. Other locations just can’t compete with the amenities, the location, or the friendly and helpful staff.

The Essex has the best facilities and location out of 250 apartments I looked at in Salt Lake City. I am more then satisfied with my apartment as the layout is unique yet preferred to a traditional layout. I would recommend the Essex to anyone who wants a great location, great facilities, and great housing. Side note: the food around here is incredible.

Good place to live love the location. Management is always willing to help and continue to make me feel valued. That being said it’s expensive. There are a lot of fees like common room electricity, pets control, etc that adds up fast. Overall good place if you can afford it.
