I have lived here for about a year. The management has been very friendly and helpful! Every time I have had a maintenance issue it has been resolved in an efficient and timely manner. I have had a great experience so far!

I have been living at Riverbend apartments since April of 2023. I've enjoyed the staff here. They're very pleasant and very friendly. I've enjoyed the fact that they are very pet friendly here and most of the staff knows the names and most of the pets in the complex. They are very helpful, very kind, and just flat out wonderful people that work here. My apartment has a window looks out over the main Courtyard. And I enjoy very much looking out at The View. The maintenance staff they're good at... what they do and then get to me in a timely manner. I can't say enough good stuff about this place. It is my home.
