The entire property is infested with roaches. They wander around all over the ground outside at night around all of the buildings.

this is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. It feels very unsafe and the apartments have many problems that i wish i knew about before i signed the lease.

To me, Park Vue has been a good place for me and my kids. My kids have a playground, and even though it may not be a perfect place, I have learned that perfect things or perfect people do not exist in this world. Once we all understand that, we learn to appreciate even the small things we have.
Maintenance may sometimes have issues, but think about the number of people requesting maintenance support and the people working hard to help everyone. When you put yourself in their position, you learn...
to be patient.
I have lived here for over four years now, and honestly, I would love to stay until I get my own place, but we will see because things and plans can change.
Before coming to Park Vue, I stayed in an apartment where I was treated unfairly. Oh my goodness, I will never forget that manager. She made me throw away my kids’ bicycles ????. Those bicycles were given to us by IRC when we had just arrived, and it was so painful.
But here at Park Vue, residents are treated with respect, dignity, support, and understanding, and that truly means a lot to me.

Park Vue is a comfortable and well-maintained community with a friendly atmosphere. The team is generally helpful and professional, and the amenities make daily living convenient. There is some room for improvement in areas like cleaning, pest control, and maintenance response times, but overall it’s a good place to live.
