Este lugar esta muy bien pensado en la comodidad de sus residentes. Para mi solo existe una pequeña preocupación y es el tema del parqueo. Pero el lugar es excelente

Luma is a nice building, but the location next to the homeless facility makes it feel unsafe. Large groups gather outside daily, and as someone who walks to work, I often don’t feel comfortable even crossing the street. It’s also frustrating that parking isn’t available on property despite the building being far from full and many empty spaces sitting unused. I would be happy to pay for a spot on property but was told this was not possible. Amenities like the cold brew are frequently not stocked... , and staff responses make it seem normal. Honestly, the concessions were the only reason I moved in. Without them, I would not have chosen this property, as it does not currently feel like a safe or well-managed place to live. It will do for what I am looking for, for now.

Lilly, Tessa and Dakota are wonderful to work with. Collectively they are well-informed, friendly and professional. Julio and Aaron are also great to work with. We're pleased that we have decided to move into our apartment.

Lily was incredible throughout the whole process. I was having some technology issues trying to get the lease signed and Lily was amazing with everything I threw her way.
