I absolutely love living here! The community is truly amazing, and the office staff goes above and beyond every single time. They always greet me with a big smile and make me feel so comfortable and welcome. It really makes a difference to feel valued as a resident.
The studio apartments are super spacious and very well maintained. Everything is clean, modern, and thoughtfully cared for. The atmosphere here is incredible — it feels vibrant, safe, and inviting.
And the 13th floor? To die for!... The views and overall vibe make it my favorite spot in the building.
Hands down the best place to live. I’m so happy with my experience so far and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home!

Great management!
I can’t say enough great things about this apartment complex and its management team. They are always working with our best interests in mind and genuinely care about the safety and well-being of their residents. It truly feels like a community where people matter, not just a place to live.
A special shoutout to Alehi and Tia for always having our backs and supporting us through some hard times. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication go above what you’d expect. They are incredible! and... we’re so grateful for everything they do. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and well-managed home! Tia and Alehi, we love you! Excellent place to start
I absolutely love this apartment community! The views are truly incredible—every day feels like a breath of fresh air. The building is well-kept, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like home.
What really sets this place apart is the outstanding service from the manager, **Alehi**. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Whether it’s answering questions, resolving concerns quickly, or organizing thoughtful community events, her dedication... really shines through. It’s rare to find someone so attentive, friendly, and professional.
If you’re looking for a place with beautiful views and exceptional management, this is the perfect home. Highly recommend!

Best events are host here!
Last night’s Halloween event was absolutely amazing! The decorations, music, and overall atmosphere were perfect — you could tell how much effort went into making it such a fun and memorable evening. Everything was so well organized, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. A huge thank you to the manager Alehi for going above and beyond to make the event such a success. Truly one of the best community events I’ve attended — can’t wait for the next one!

Lattice apartments is a hiding yam, the moment we walked in, the place feels super welcome, clean, the studios are super spacious the open concept is perfect for my daughter. Tia and Alehi made us feel so welcome. Highly recommended!
