We absolutely love living here ! the views from the 13th floor are simply beautiful, both from the floor itself and from our unit. It’s one of our favorite things about living here and makes coming home feel extra special every day.
On top of that, the office staff is always super nice and incredibly helpful. They truly make the experience even better. We highly recommend living here!

Best place to live!
This is the place to live! You want space for a studio, you got it here, you want friendly and helpful management, you got it here, you want maintenance to be fast and efficient, you got it here. I'm so happy we got to live here. Thank you for all you guys do. We love it here! Oh BTW they host the best resident event as well. Highly recommended!

Verified Renter
At this point, I have already submitted my notice of non-renewal due to multiple ongoing issues. In addition to the unresolved air conditioning problem which was the final deciding factor the washer and dryer equipment in the building do not function properly on a consistent basis. Furthermore, the overall experience has been negatively impacted by the attitude of the nighttime security staff, who appear disengaged and unprofessional in their role. This combination of issues has made it clear... that continuing my lease is not a viable option.

Excellent place to start!
I absolutely love living here! The community is truly amazing, and the office staff goes above and beyond every single time. They always greet me with a big smile and make me feel so comfortable and welcome. It really makes a difference to feel valued as a resident.
The studio apartments are super spacious and very well maintained. Everything is clean, modern, and thoughtfully cared for. The atmosphere here is incredible — it feels vibrant, safe, and inviting.
And the 13th floor? To die for!... The views and overall vibe make it my favorite spot in the building.
Hands down the best place to live. I’m so happy with my experience so far and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home!

Great management!
I can’t say enough great things about this apartment complex and its management team. They are always working with our best interests in mind and genuinely care about the safety and well-being of their residents. It truly feels like a community where people matter, not just a place to live.
A special shoutout to Alehi and Tia for always having our backs and supporting us through some hard times. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication go above what you’d expect.
