The grounds are somewhat clean, they should spend a lil more time investigating pet owners not cleaning up after their pets. Also, the pool has been under maintenance since I moved in and the hot tub has not been in good working condition either.

Thank you for your feedback! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. Our team is continuously implementing new ways to keep the community clean. We have a dedicated janitorial team that maintains the building, as well... as a porter who services the grounds daily.
We also recently sent out a reminder regarding pet waste, asking residents to help by cleaning up after their pets. We hope this communication makes a positive impact. In addition, our porter checks the grounds each day and addresses any pet waste found. Regarding the pool, as the new management team, I can't speak to prior maintenance issues. However, we will be closely monitoring its condition as we approach the summer season.
The hot tub is currently open and in working order. If you experience any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll be happy to have our maintenance team take care of it promptly. Thank you again for your feedback.

They just want your money
Homeless roam around sometimes in the building, random fees, no mercy with late fees or towing, gym equipment maintenance is sub par, concerns for your problems from management is non existent.
