The new management team has made gradual improvements over the past year. However, since taking over, the swimming pool has frequently been too cold to use. The pool must be properly heated in order to be usable; without adequate heating, it cannot be considered functional and does not serve its intended purpose as a resident amenity.

We are aware of this issue, and our maintenance team is working diligently to keep the pool as warm as possible while we finalize a schedule to replace the pool’s humidifier blower. Building is solid - very quiet between apartments. Location is wonderful - everything is accessible. Our apartment is very nice and newly renovated. Staff has been easy to work with.
