We have just finished applying for a place at this community and could not be more pleased with the process. From the moment we first toured the property (no appointment - just walk-in), the staff were very accommodating and patient with our barrage of questions at every turn. We were impressed that this community doesn't nickle and dime for add-ons like on-site storage cages. Even reservations for the social room are available at no charge, which is a big plus for us when family and friends... come to visit. The property is very well maintained and has a homey yet modern vibe. After the initial tour, we ran into a few hiccups with the online application portal, and the staff were super helpful in working through the issues with us. Compared to a nearby community we looked at recently, Eagle Gate's communication is stellar and really made us feel welcome. Thank you!

It's a beautiful building with great amenities, meticulously maintained and very secure. I feel very safe here and the location is excellent. I take my dog out very late in the evening and I don't feel that I need to feel unsafe. Wish we did have a community board to share things with and have community get togethers
