I've been living at Astra Tower for close to a year now and I genuinely love it here. It's one of those places where you realize pretty quickly that the people running it actually care — and that makes all the difference.

The views alone are worth it. Whether you're looking out at the Wasatch Range or watching the city light up at night, it never gets old. I catch myself stopping to appreciate it on a regular basis, which isn't something I expected from an apartment.

The amenities are... excellent and well-maintained — they feel like they're actually used and cared for, not just shown off in photos. Everything is kept in great condition and there's a real sense of community around the shared spaces.

What sets Astra apart though is the people. Management is fantastic — responsive, professional, and genuinely approachable. The concierge staff are consistently friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. It's a small thing, but being greeted by name and knowing someone's got the front desk handled makes you feel like you're home.

I also feel genuinely safe here. The building is well-secured and the staff presence gives real peace of mind — something that matters more than I expected when I moved in.

In year 2 of living at Astra Tower and having been the 10th resident to move in, I’ve had the pleasure of seeing this place transform from sawdust and potential to the most luxurious living environment in SLC. For as jaw dropping as the views are and the elite amenities that many reviewers have touched on prior, the heart and soul from day one are the people that work here. From the upbeat and happy-to-help concierge, to the informed and helpful leasing staff, to the knowledgeable and supportive... maintenance team, this place is full of people who want to help and best serve their residents and it’s been that way since day 1. Special shoutout to McKenzie Fredette-Roman, who’s incredible kindness and consistent support to make all community events enjoyable, along with her commitment to enhance each residents’ lifestyle is what immensely aids Astra Tower’s quality of life. Great building, great management. Very easy move-in process. Priced very well.

Right now it’s not great. Fix cooling issues. 77 degrees is not ok.

The building is beautiful. The people are friendly, and the views are unmatched.
