All the on-site staff at Alta Stone are amazing! Everyone has been kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we’ve needed assistance. We love the pool, the gym is absolutely fantastic, and the entire community has such a cool, modern vibe.
Our first month in Apartment 137 came with some challenges, including flooding in the laundry area and bathroom and no hot water during the first week. The on-site team went above and beyond to help us through it, and we’re hopeful these issues are now... resolved. We also hope our promotional free rent period will be extended to fairly compensate for the first four weeks of problems.
Besides that, everything else about Alta Stone has been absolutely amazing, and we’re excited to keep settling in and enjoying this beautiful community.
