As a new resident I've been very happy here.
The staff has been very kind and patient with me as I learn the ropes.
My apartment was in good order upon arrival and every effort was made to help me feel welcome.

4th West has been great! Awesome amenities, building upkeep, etc. Either I have the quietest neighbors in the world, or the walls between apartments are very soundproof (I'm on the 5th floor so I can't speak to the noise between floors). Whenever I've ran into a problem, the staff is friendly and helpful. I've always lived in homes, so I was pretty weary about apartment living, but my experience has been really great so far. Would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a lively community with... plenty to do.
