4th West has been great! Awesome amenities, building upkeep, etc. Either I have the quietest neighbors in the world, or the walls between apartments are very soundproof (I'm on the 5th floor so I can't speak to the noise between floors). Whenever I've ran into a problem, the staff is friendly and helpful. I've always lived in homes, so I was pretty weary about apartment living, but my experience has been really great so far. Would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a lively community with... plenty to do.
