You get what you pay for
Roman Garden's is a good place to live if you're living on a very tight college budget. The cheap price means that you get cheap apartments. The building is old and so are many of the furnishings. It is a great social climate and many of the tenants are wonderful to associate with.

Roman Gardens-Good Enough
This place is great for college students: cheap rent, great community, close to BYU campus and to a bus stop, decent amenities. It's not the nicest place, the management can be a pain to deal with, but overall it is a great place to live!
