Even if you have written accommodations on file approved directly by management, they will split technical hairs to enforce fines and refuse to work with residents in good faith. When you contact the office to resolve an issue rationally, you are met with condescending, rigid responses rather than basic customer service.
Between mandatory fee bloat, predatory violation tactics, and an office staff that treats paying residents with hostility instead of respect, look elsewhere in Orem. Living at Parkway Lofts means dealing with a management team that constantly nickel-and-dimes its residents.
Maintenance is severely lacking; they do not regularly change HVAC filters, meaning the apartments are perpetually dusty. You are forced to pay a monthly pest control fee, but when you actually have an issue (like the persistent ant infestations I dealt with), nothing is done.
The worst part of living here is the predatory towing. Management... allows their towing company to aggressively target vehicles. My car was towed despite having a valid pass inside the vehicle and being a registered resident.
When you move out, expect them to drain your security deposit with fabricated charges. They charged me for equipment I never had and billed me for standard paint and carpet cleaning at rates higher than what was stated in the lease. Parkway lofts is a good place to rent. Easy process to rent and good place to live at. Staff need to be bugged to get help. Beyond that it's a great place to live.

The staff, Jana, Justin and Danny have gone above and beyond in making our move a pleasant one. Very quick to respond and fix minor issues. Compassionate when I had a family emergency and had to be away for a while.

The move in process was seamless, great communication by management.
