Going on two years at VIDA and still very happy. The property is always clean and well-maintained. I’ve had no issues with my unit. The location is excellent. Office staff are friendly, patient, and helpful. Maintenance is responsive and does quality work. The pool and gym are clean and a great perk. Highly recommend.

Great experiences all around!
My experience applying for and preparing to move into Daybreak Apartments has been great from start to finish! I’m really looking forward to calling it home. The unit is beautiful, the neighborhood feels quiet and comfortable, and the amenities are a big plus. I’m also excited about its convenient location. it’s close to the fire and police stations, hospital, VA clinic, library, baseball stadium, restaurants, and more. All in all, I’m feeling really positive and at ease with my decision to move... here.

Vida at Daybreak Move In
I recently moved into my new apartment, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The leasing team was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
A special shoutout to Augustine Rosales, who went above and beyond to ensure my move-in was seamless. Not only did he answer all my questions with patience and clarity, but he also took the time to accommodate my... specific needs. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. Whether it was helping with paperwork, providing helpful tips about the community, or ensuring my apartment was in perfect condition, Augustine exceeded all my expectations.
The apartment itself is fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I was looking for. The community amenities are great, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming. I can already tell that this is going to be a great place to live.

El mejor lugar y atención
Este lugar es genial. Estoy recien mudado pero ha sido muy buena la experiencia de mis primeros dias aca. Las instalaciones y organizacion es increible y lo mejor de todo: la atención del staff.
