Aside from the slopes, this condo is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. You'll have everything you need within reach. No pets. No smoking. First and last month's rent, as well as a $3,000.00 security deposit are required prior to moving in. Available for a MINIMUM 6-9 month lease or 12+ month lease .

UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, phone (optional), and cable TV as well as remove snow from the deck.
