Best in the City
These apts are very large with plenty of space. Beautiful maintained grounds with basketball/tennis courts and large swimming pool. Close to many restaurants and easy freeway access. Washer/Dryer hookups in apts with beautiful views of the mountains. Very friendly staff and there for your needs. Plenty of parking for tenants and visitors which makes it nice.

Full of teens
I haven't enjoyed my stay at orchard cove we moved in April and we had already 4 new residents and they are all teenagers and of course they are above us. We have a baby and it's hard to put him to sleep when every weekend there is something going on. Tried contacting people about the noise haven't gotten any help filled out 5 reports of complaining about the noises at this point I'm just waiting for my lease to end.

Nice staff, big apartments!
Apartments are nice and big! The walk-in closet is also wonderful to have! It's almost big enough to be a bedroom by itself. Also like the personal covered parking spot.Neighbors are good. Staff is good. The hot and cold water for the shower is switched somehow. So you have to set it to what appears to be "cold" for hot water to come out. That was a fun discovery! But other than that, there have been no problems at all and everything works great! Great community, there are always children... and people out playing in the common yard or in the pool in the summer. Have definitely enjoyed my time at this location. Would recommend.
