I really like living here because the community is great. They work with you really well and Maintance get things done pretty fast.

Pros & Cons

Pros:
The apartments are spacious, clean, and accessible, which is a big plus. Maintenance is generally responsive, though sometimes a follow-up is needed. One of the maintenance guys is an asset & gem as he applied WD40 to my squeaky hinges & it wasn't part of my work order. Parking is usually sufficient, and the location is convenient. I also appreciate the community perks like monthly food bank stops, back-to-school events, and occasional activities hosted by ownership. Overall, it’s very...
affordable for what you get.

Cons:
Management can seem to play favorites, and once concerns are raised, the level of support isn’t always the same. Some residents allow children to play unsupervised, which can lead to noise and disturbances around the buildings. Complaints are often brushed aside rather than addressed directly. Parking spaces aren’t always assigned near the building you actually live in, which can be frustrating. The swimming pool got fixed early this year only to remain closed the whole year. It took a year to finally fix the parking lines which were faded & people just don't know how to park.

A quiet place to live

This is a great apartment complex. They have take care of me and my kids and my apartment room very well. My air conditioner broke down and then immediately fixed it now I’m really happy and I love living here

Rules don’t apply to everyone

Under the new management in the office, rules and expectations only apply to those they aren’t friends with. Some units are allowed propane grills while others have monthly inspections that are always passed with no issues.
