Parkway has been a great place to live. The management team has been very friendly, and responsive to my needs, and the rest of the staff are also friendly. Maintainance takes care of our needs quickly. The amenities are great and accessable with pool, spa, gym, and pickleball courts available. Overall it's quiet and well taken care of.

Great staff, always responds in a timely manner. Great place to live. In a great location near fast food and stores for groceries. Only complaint that I have is not enough parking. Some residents have been inconsiderate taking 2 parking spots instead of fixing how they park.

We have loved our time at the Parkway in Layton. We could recommend living here to anyone! They are clean, do fun community things, lots of privacy, nice and new, and accommodating. They are quick with communications and we have had a great experience living here.

They nickel and die in the residence while not maintaining the property very well.
The hot tub was inaccessible for the majority of the summer, and the pool closures were frequent and unnecessarily long.
It’s not as nice as your rent is high
