We love our townhome at gentile station. We have had a good experience so far. Staff have been quick to respond to any questions and have not had to submit any maintenance requests. The only complaint is the HOA fee is ridiculous. We get below average lawn care with no amenities.

Good location
Not a bad place to stay. Neighbors are good and management is good. Safe area. Good location except for the trains that come close by.

Great place to live
These units have been a great, secluded place to live. Good prices, good amenities, and you don’t get too much noise from the train tracks. Would recommend checking it out!
