I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment. The place is very clean and well maintained. The office staff is effective and helpful whenever needed.
The design of the apartment is very nice, modern, and comfortable. Overall, it’s a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.

Me encanta vivir aquí. Todo siempre está muy limpio y ordenado, y el personal es súper atento y rápido para ayudar cuando se necesita algo. Cualquier problema lo resuelven sin tardar.
Además, siempre hacen actividades en fechas especiales, lo que ayuda a convivir y conocer a otras personas que viven aquí. Eso hace que el lugar se sienta más acogedor y Familiar.
La ubicación es buena y el ambiente es tranquilo. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Maria and Angélica are two very kind and attentive girls who were always helpful during my stay. I also can't forget to thank the maintenance boy who was always very kind, attentive, helpful, and ready to assist me immediately when I needed him. The building was always very fragrant and clean, and I am very grateful.

The units are spacious, modern, and beautifully updated with new appliances. The size and style are very comparable to market-rate apartments in the area—but at a much more affordable price. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Maintenance is reliable and quick to respond—usually within 24 hours. Overall, a great place to live with a team that truly cares about their residents!

I honestly have little to non complaints about this place. It's income restricted, so if you meet the requirements you have a nice rent payment. The building is very well kept and clean for the most part (stairwell needs some work). Has a basic, but very functional gym to use in the building. Management and Maintenance are very timely and respond to requests. Online portal is very simple. Building access feels secure with the key fob they give you. Only downside is parking can be a little tough.... Street options are usually available, but can run out from time to time. Unfortunately only one parking spot per unit is given. I personally don't mind the street parking thou. Lastly, the mailbox and package delivery system is very nice and ez... Overall would do 4.5 stars. It's a very nice place to live.
